Description  more details

This is a 1973 Arctic Cat, vintage men's Snowrider one-piece snowmobile suit in size small. 1973 was the first year that green was introduced both in the snowmobile lineup and the clothing and accessories.

The Snowrider suits were among the Arctic Cat 'heavy weights', just below the EXT one-piece suits. The shell is a tough, tight weave 400 denier nylon with a warm 6.6 oz Dacron 88® insulation. This particular suit has the green nylon liner. Most of them had the black nylon.

The Snowrider suit has two deep front cargo leg pockets with snapped flap closures and an inside chest pocket with a snap closure. The belt is adjustable and has the famous Arctic Cat 'Cat Head' quick release buckle. The back, in line with the belt is elasticized. All of the snaps work. The zippers are all in great shape and are tight yet. This suit has the full length two-way leg zippers that run from the belt to the base of the legs. The foot straps have been removed.

The tri-color arm bands are great and have the reflective white band that can be seen up to 500 feet with car lights shining on them. 1973 was the first year for the wide tri-color sash on the chest. The sash has some soiling. The ARCTIC CAT SNOWMOBILES 'Cat Head' patch is in great shape.

Great display item for your 'Cat Shack' and a real head turner at vintage snowmobile rides and events.

This suit is tagged as a Small. Please use the measurements in 'more details' and compare to something you know fits well for a proper fit.
